These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chrome extension, Getaligned.work ("Extension"), developed by Open Coding Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Free Product

The Extension is provided to you free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, updates, or changes in business priorities.

License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Extension. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Extension.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

Use the Extension in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Extension or any related systems or networks.
Use the Extension to collect, store, or transmit any personal information of others without their consent.
Use the Extension for any illegal or unethical activity.
Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper working of the Extension.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we are unable to support you for any reason. Upon termination, your access to the Extension and any data associated with it may be revoked. We are not liable for any data loss or inability to access the Extension upon termination.

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of Liability

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.

Data and Privacy

You are responsible for all data you access, transmit, or store while using the Extension. We will not be responsible for any loss or misuse of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Extension after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the Extension will be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in India.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Extension and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
